About DAVID CHAMBERLAIN
This hopefully is the new way to put yourself across. The website thingy..
I completed my time as a joiner/carpenter in 1977, did most of my apprenticeship with my father, a perfectionist at his job. I entered into the family business in 1982 and became a Self employed builder in 1993 and I'm now running my own local building business. I have lived around here all my life, the name is well established and has a good sound reputation. You will get a fair estimated cost for the work, no free offers, but sometimes even i do things for nothing. YES nothing, just to make it look better. Being in the building trade since leaving school, I have learnt all the aspects of home improvement work to a high standard and quality.
Back then in the seventies there was no one else doing the lofts and dormer roof lifts, not like now! There are a lot doing them but don't know what to do, they get someone in to make and fit the stairs, why? because they cant do it!
I don't advertise as such, a lot my work is by recommendation from previous clients, word of mouth and consequently I have a waiting list of work to do. I am in the Yellow pages, i suppose that is a form of advertising, but i use it as a search for people like you to find my site
I like to plan and select the best option for my customers, I have loads of ideas, there is no rushing or commitment to estimates that I do. The estimate is fully laid out with everything itemised & included. I enjoy the customer being satisfied with my professional work and standards. I like to think that I am friendly and i do have a great consideration to any home I work in.
I also intend in the near future to start to create my own plans for the jobs i do, with 3d virtual presence. Many times a customer can't imagine what it will look like, but not any more
I hope to extend my website soon to include more, like referral letters, before & afters pictures, plans, designs, + other stuff, but at this moment time doesn't allow. Please keep checking us out, your alteration could next be the next one on the World Wide Web
I do prefer to work localy within a 15-20 mile radius of Lytham area, phone to see if your unusual or interesting alteration can tempt me
