• Do you need planning permission, or not?
  This site gives you an idea as to if you need to apply for planning, or can build an extension or do a loft conversion without planning. You would still require building regulations for any build!
• Fylde Borough Council
  This side is usefull for downloading forms for building work, find out the relevent costs for that and planning. You can also fing out almost instant if your planning aplication work has been approved or refused. Also find out anything to do with your local comunity
• Velux roof windows
  Good for deciding what size and type of window to fit prier to work being done. Also plan to the end and decide which blinds to fit, which i can order at a discounted cost too. Other firms make blinds to fit these windows to, which i have seen and checked them out. They maybe say £5-£10 cheaper, but are not built to last, or as good. Stick with the best, as you will have the best windows!
